I for my wedding favors to be cookies with the letter "C" on them? - premade wedding scrapbook pages

I have a cookie, which is produced (like a bow or something) to be found. I need a cookie with a very smooth surface. Suggestions. I also found a stencil for the letter "C". What do I need for the use of dust in the template to use on the writing? Coconut powder? Colored sugar? Ideas?
