18th Birthday Party etiquette? - short 18th birthday invitation wording
My 18th birthday party coming this year and am having trouble deciding what to do.
I live in a relatively small town in Australia, and most of the goods 18 drinking kind of court in which the birthday girl child was unconscious and vomiting. Not exactly attractive to me!
I also invite a number of adults who do not believe that you feel comfortable, surrounded by drunken teenagers - what would happen if a party at home.
In this sense, I thought it would be a good idea to have a party at a restaurant with reasonable prices, said that local informal.
However, I'm a little short when trying to save money for UNI next year.
Would it be rude to invitations to customers about their meal or a pay --$ 10 or $ 5 contribution of food with your fingers?
I had a few friends to 18.
Thank you:)

Why not something potluck at the home of someone else. agree only brings something for everyone. You can for a few drinks.
ReplyDeleteWhen you ask a party and the people, their own food, yes, it's rude not to pay.
ReplyDeleteIt's also catchy as a cash bar at the wedding. If you have no money, a game that costs less.
You can prevent a patio barbecue and jumping as much alcohol "drunk teen" scene.
If something between you and your friends welcome, so it's good.
ReplyDeleteElegant, with a sort of game. He returned home and cooked some dishes from the restaurant or ordered. By his friends, may be drunken hooligans are not invited or prematurely told to stay away from drinking too. Do not let idiots ruin your birthday. Only after 18 years!
ReplyDeleteWhat is to establish a demarcation of year? which is not bad, and they are 18 years old and must resonsible and drink not to vomit up. also how to get a caterer to use? It is not just a party, and it is better when there is food. The abuse of alcohol is harmful to the stomach.
ReplyDeleteI think it goes well. In my 18 years, people had more of a casual order in food (Ike, but created a regular, formal dinner party) and said, no show, but maybe throw a little money for dinner. Always a little champagne, drinks BYO specific.
ReplyDeleteAre your friends! You'll be fine. If you are still interested, snacks, seems perfectly reasonable.
