  1. You need to read about the lymphatic system. It is the body in the defense. If you noted an infectious process, lymphatic drainage region ... often greater. Lymphoma is a cancer that originates outside the lymphoid tissue. It is much more likely that you have an infection, not cancer. The place you describe is likely to be associated with some type of oral or dental infections in combination.

No one can diagnose anything online ... You should tell your doctor or dentist. This is probably with antibiotics (in particular) are then treated and re-evaluated. If the nodes were larger still more would be sent to an ENT. He sees in the further treatment and / or biopsy.

I never knew of lymphoma, "developing", you say, as a primary site. You can get oral cancer if you use tobacco products, but you did have a little history of irritation and chronic infection with greater probability.
There are a number of lymph nodes along the side of the mandible (jaw), which collectsin a pair of enlarged lymph nodes. My best estimate is an oral or dental problem.

You can sleep tonite ... runing if no fever. Simply look up an appointment.

It's my best answer! Some sleep ...." "
