    Mayonnaise has everything it needs to sustain life.

    Eggs

    BACTERIA.

    As with all ..... MOST OF FOOD Just keep in mind the security ..
    You do not cross contaminate, wash hands Thouroughly
    Keep in the refrigerator after you finished with the meal and not much more ... The more you are out .. more bacteria increased.
    especially on a hot day, too.
